When taking care of my newborn gets overwhelming, I take a short break to unwind.  During the evening, I go to the gym, and with school, I make sure I take at least one class that is offline and face-to-face with other students.

My daughters like to play with dolls, watch television, and play with their friends.  And while they do, I find that I have to monitor certain things like what's being portrayed on the videos they watch, the kinds of dolls sold in stores, and magazine headlines in the supermarket.

My wife and I recently had our third child. As she moved along in the pregnancy, strange things started happening to me. Some call them sympathy pains, but medical professionals have come to call it Couvade Syndrome.

I am addicted to salsa...

There, I admitted it. I think I've made some progress today!

Unfortunately, salsa from a jar just doesn't cut it. It's hard to eat the pale, flavorless brand name picante that lines the shelves at the local supermarket, when I know that with a bit of tinkering, a delicious medley of flavor is awaiting.

So, I started the great salsa experiment.
