What a great round up! It is so easy to let stress build up but these tips for relieving stress are so important. I find that if I can take a soothing aromatherapy bath at least once a week I am a much happier person.

I like to use some really good smelling body scrub and body wash in the shower. I also treat myself to nice hand soap for the kitchen… something that rewards me with a calming scent when I wash my hands. 🙂
