Banana bread is perfect for fall mornings, and this one is super easy using your stand mixer and some ripened bananas. Buy a bunch of overripe, spotty bananas (usually at a discount) and make multiple batches for your freezer or for holiday gifts.
Check out the video, and let me know how yours turns out!
Things You Will Need
3 1/2 bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup melted butter
pinch of salt
1 egg
How to Make Banana Bread in a Stand Mixer
1. Break banana up and put into mixer.
2. When the bananas are mashed, add in the melted butter.
3. Once that is mixed, add in the cup of sugar – you can reduce this to 3/4 cups if you like – then add in the egg, vanilla, baking soda, and pinch of salt, followed by the 1 1/2 cups flour.
4. Add batter to greased pan and bake on 350 for 1 hour.
5. Cool and enjoy!
