Summer vegetables and a plentiful potato harvest means a great opportunity for some summer vegetable and potato goulash. At least – that’s what we called it at my house. I’ve also heard it called goop, hash, or as this recipe developer called it – hodge podge. Whatever term you give it, this recipe is brilliant. I especially love the addition of the raw cream. YUM!
