This week, one of our beloved contributors – Lorie – passed away. She was an advocate for our pets, sharing with us the best ways to keep them safe, care for them, and make them part of our lives. She genuinely cared about the animals, and it showed in more than her articles. One late Saturday night, my dog ate rat poison, and we were all worried. Lorie called me and walked me through what to do to (successfully) treat her. That’s the kind of person that she was, always attentive and caring, and she will be greatly missed – by us and everyone she came in contact with.
Here are some of our favorite articles from Lorie. You are in our hearts always.
