Peach Feta Summer Salad Recipe

Peach season has officially arrived in our neck of the woods so I’m excited about starting to feature some of the fabulous peach recipes out and about. After all, peaches aren’t just for eating fresh (although that’s certainly a great way to enjoy the first dozen or so). Check out this great recipe that partners sweet peaches with tangy feta cheese and crisp radishes. Brilliant!

French feta cheese is typically made with sheep milk and tends to be milder and creamier than Greek feta.

See the full recipe on Lisa is Cooking, including a tip to decrease the sharpness of your sliced onions.
