If you’re like me and you grew spaghetti squash because it’s supposed to be awesome and delicious and healthy but how you HAVE spaghetti squash and you’re wondering exactly what you’re going to do with it, you are in luck. Today’s Eating Garden Fresh post is a clever and oh-so-awesome treat. I mean, who doesn’t like Mac and Cheese right? It’s a favorite of mine, not to mention my children.
This recipe uses spaghetti squash in the place of the noodles and creates a snackable mac and cheese cup. Oh my word. The yum factor is over the top.
Lauren says, “By adding spaghetti squash in place of the noodles, these vegetable-packed, delicious cupcakes are a treat for both kids and adults!”
