It’s the Holiday Season again and I am dashing about trying to get everyone’s gifts at the best prices. I will have something good for everyone on my list, but every year I let the stocking stuffers go until the last minute and then panic. I have mastered the Mom and Dad stocking, the Brother/Sibling stocking, the Husband stocking and the dog stocking. But toddlers are challenging. You spend so much time avoiding anything small. Toddlers also tend to not have that many wants and needs but I still like to have things in their stockings to open with us. I have searched and wracked my brain this year so that they can have some cute things without really being ridiculous. Here is my stocking stuffer guide for toddlers.
- Socks
- Pacifiers (I have a, just barely, one year old. Should I be weaning him? No doubt. But…)
- Sunglasses
- Flash cards (my daughter LOVES number, letter, color and shape flash cards!)
- CD’s (we don’t leave the house without Laurie Berkner)
- Cars
- Sippy cups
- Bath toys
- Bibs
- Special snacks
- Hats
I hope that you find this helpful during your shopping in the next couple of weeks. If I have left anything off this list, or you have any great ideas, please feel free to comment!
I love to find little things like this to fill up my kids’ stockings! Useful, cheap, and NOT candy. 🙂
Love these ideas! We’re big fans of clementines in their stockings. Toddlers love them since they can peel them easily.
If I pretend to be a toddler, will you put cars in my stocking too? I’d like a new one that fits a family of 3 please 😉
