Ingredients for the Tomato Basil Salad Recipe
- 6-cups sliced ripe tomatoes
- ½-cup olive oil
- ½-cup chopped raw basil leaves
- ¼-cup apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice
- 1-teaspoon sea salt
- 1-teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2-medium cucumbers peeled and sliced (optional)
Directions for Making the Tomato Basil Salad
Combine all ingredients on a large bowl. Serve with other summer menu foods or alone.
