Being part of the gluten free community that Udi’s has put together has opened my eyes to what it really means to be gluten free. It’s more than just cutting out an ingredient or two. Your life changes, and many people feel like they are left in the dark and all alone while they do it. Having community support like we have on the forums is helpful, and one way that shows is when we pool our knowledge.
I just got a preview copy of The Naked Foods Cookbook, which looks very promising as a guide to whole foods and gluten-free foods. The thread below on gluten free book titles has become a treasure trove of even more resources for you to sort through as you begin your gluten free journey, or as you walk with a loved one on theirs.
