Rosemary is absolutely one of my favorite herbs. It’s fragrant. It’s hardy. It’s evergreen. It’s tolerant of less than ideal conditions. And it’s delicious. So, so good. So today’s Eating Garden Fresh guide is giving rosemary a top billing in this recipe. I love the combination of simple ingredients, cimple cooking, and delicious flavor. You simple cannot beat it.
This recipe shows pork but I think you could do it with salmon or other meaty fish fillets also. So classically summer! So YUM!
